The CSA-M is a straight dissipative sound attenuator (or silencer) designed to provide an effective solution for HVAC noise with a medium dynamic insertion loss. Built with a robust frame and acoustically insulated splitters, the CSA-M effectively reduces noise while its streamlined design ensures minimal air pressure loss, contributing to an efficient and quiet HVAC system.

- Streamlined Splitters: The splitters are radiused at one end to minimize air pressure loss and reduce regenerated noise, ensuring your HVAC system maintains its performance.
- Durable Build: Constructed from a rigid 20-gauge galvanized frame with lock seams and a mastic sealant, the CSA-M is built for long-term reliability.
- Protected Acoustic Fill: Acoustic fibers are compressed and contained behind a durable 22-gauge perforated metal sheet, which prevents fiber erosion and damage from high-velocity air (up to 5900 FPM).
- Configurable Air Widths: Available in multiple air widths (3”, 4”, 6”, and 8”) to meet the specific insertion loss and pressure drop requirements of your project.
