FB Series: Versatile Return & Supply Grilles
The FB series is a versatile and economical grille designed for a variety of air distribution needs in both commercial and residential buildings. Primarily used as a return grille, it can also function as an efficient supply grille. Available in three distinct models based on blade deflection angles, the FB series can be mounted on walls or integrated seamlessly into a standard T-bar ceiling panel.
Key Features & Models
- FB-B45 & FB-B30: These models feature horizontal extruded blades with a fixed deflection of either 45° or 30°, providing consistent airflow direction.
- FB-F45: This model is equipped with horizontal, airfoil-type blades with a fixed 45° deflection, designed for enhanced performance.
- Durable Construction: Built with a heavy extruded aluminum frame, the grille features interlocked corners and a rigid structure for lasting performance.
- Standard Finish: Each grille comes with a standard white (RAL 9010) finish, with the option for any RAL color upon request.
- Expandable Sizes: Minimum sizes start at 4” x 4”, and larger sizes are constructed from factory-joined multiple sections to fit your needs.
Specifications & Options
- Materials: Heavy Extruded Aluminum
- Standard Finish: White (RAL 9010)
- Blade Spacing: 3/4″ centers
- Options: Opposed blade damper (OBD), concealed clips, foam gasket, and a variety of screens (aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized).

DG-DF: The Sight-Proof Architectural Grille
The DG series offers the best solution for a completely sight-proof design. The DG-DF model is an elegant, non-vision grille designed for installation in doors, walls, or partitions where both a constant passage of air and complete visual privacy are desired. Its V-shape blades not only block vision but also provide superior stiffness.
Key Features & Construction
- Non-Vision Design: The V-shape blades are engineered to block sight lines completely, providing full privacy without sacrificing airflow.
- Adjustable Double Frame: The DG-DF features a unique double frame that can be adjusted to fit any door thickness from a standard 30mm to 48mm, and optionally up to 63mm.
- Durable & Rigid: The grille is built with a heavy, extruded aluminum frame with interlocked corners. The 1mm thick V-shape blades are mechanically joined for a secure, rigid structure.
- Simple Installation: The blades are mechanically joined to the frame, and the grille can be fixed in place with convenient countersunk screw holes in the border.
- Versatile Sizing: Available in a wide range of sizes, from a minimum of 4” x 4” to a maximum of 30” x 24”.
Specifications & Options
- Models: DG-SF (single frame) and DG-DF (double frame)
- Frame Material: Heavy Extruded Aluminum
- Blade Material: 1mm Extruded Aluminum
- Blade Spacing: 12.7mm (1/2”)
- Standard Finish: Mill Finish (brut)
- Options: Extendable frame, Satin Anodized or any RAL color, concealed clips, and foam gasket.
